The ultimate goal of the troupe is to promote Chinese culture and dance all over the world. Established in 1994, the troupe tries to have the best teachers in Taiwan in China and have sent its troupers many times to Beijing Dance College for short-term study, in order to enhance its artistic quality. Besides, we often take part in all kinds of folk celebrations, festivals, and non-beneficial art activities. From 1994 to 1999, every year the troupes and the troupe won a lot of first prizes in a variety of competitions held by the Taipei City Government. In 1998 it also won the gold medal in a competition held by the Council for Cultural Affairs Taiwan, because of the troupe’s dedication to the maintenance and promotion of traditional Chinese folk culture.

　　We put together Taiwan's native festivals, temple fairs, rituals, folk dances, and different Chinese tribes' folk dances, use rhythmic impressive music, and arrange the programs coherently, to show the world the profound, encyclopedic Taiwanese and Chinese cultures.
